Mr. Spinell has over 30 years experience with three world recognized companies in the power and energy sectors; Combustion Engineering, Asea Brown Boveri (ABB), and Westinghouse. He held a variety of executive positions in the areas of engineering, operations, sales and marketing, strategy, and technology. He led the major turnaround of fuel engineering and fabrication business as well as an instrumentation and controls business.
Mr. Spinell has strong skills and competencies in leadership, teamwork, customer focus and relationship management coupled with experience in tools such as corrective actions, business development, and risk management. This combination has resulted in major improvement in performance and customer satisfaction in businesses ranging from $20 Million to more than $400 Million. He left Westinghouse in July 2003; since that time he has focused his energies on alternative energy technologies.
Prior to his professional career, he received a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from U. Massachusetts at Lowell, and M.S. degrees in Nuclear Engineering and Industrial Management from Purdue University.

Mr. Bossung has over 30 years of experience in leadership roles for medium sized public water utility businesses in Indiana and New England. Most recently, Mr. Bossung served as Vice President for the Aquarion Water Company and American Water Company’s Massachusetts and New Hampshire public water systems. His strengths in the areas of team leadership of significant construction projects such as the $45MM Hingham, MA zero discharge water filtration facility, the $4.5MM Millbury, MA groundwater filtration plant and the $2.1MM Salisbury distribution system tanks and booster station were accomplished on time and budget. Through his direction, cutting edge programs were implemented to address significant water related environmental issues such as the Hampton, NH surface/ground water and wetlands monitoring programs and the Hingham, MA water demand management conservation programs.
Prior to Mr. Bossung’s New England experience, he managed several Indiana water utilities for American Water Company including the transition of ownership and operation of the Seymour Water Company to American Water. A long standing participating member of American Water Works Association, he has held the Chairmanship of the New Hampshire Water Works Association and the SE Indiana Water Works Association. Mr. Bossung holds a BS degree in Secondary Education from Ball State University.
